Started in 2003 by RS principal, Kylie Robertson, the agency is based in New York City with consultants and resources around the country.

Originally from Australia, Kylie has more than 20 years experience delivering integrated marketing and public relations programs in the US. RS’s key areas of expertise lie in the tourism and entertainment sectors.

Our philosophy and approach to client management has been developed based on our teams’ 15 years of past experience working in large marketing agencies and from being “the client” managing agencies. We have learned what does and doesn’t help deliver great, effective results.


We are a small agency (by choice) with “big agency” ideas.

We deliberately work on a select number of clients for maximum focus on each, and only take on work when we know we have the talent and resources to deliver results.

Whether we are working for a government entity or privately owned small business – we become embedded in each client’s team to add value and help realize results in many different areas.

Our new structure with partner agency Concept Farm, broadens our resources in content strategy and digital work for clients. They too are a small, independent agency (founded in 1999) specializing in consumer lifestyle brands and were looking to amplify their tourism business. We work with them to create compelling content and new channel and distribution strategies for our clients.
