Challenge

After the great broadcast exposure of Oprah ‘s visit to Uluru in the Northern Territory, the tourism board was looking for other opportunities to further educate Americans about the Outback – its indigenous culture and quirky events.

 

What We Did

Worked with explorer – Richard Weise – and his national ABC TV show “Born to Explore” to produce a four part series on the Outback – its people and animals.

 

What Happened

  • 6million people watched the shows.

  • Born to Explore won an Emmy.

  • Good Morning America featured Richard, the Northern Territory shows and a live camel in Times Square.
