Kylie Robertson


Originally from Australia, RS’ president, Kylie Robertson has more than 20 years of experience working with travel and tourism brands. She founded the agency in 2003 after more than 10 years working in travel-specific PR agencies and in-house at several brands in North America. She has executed successful PR and marketing campaigns during her agency days for organizations including Mandarin Oriental Hotels, Singapore Tourism Board, Malta, Vanuatu and Regal China Cruises.
Later, Kylie served as marketing director of the Broadway League, where she worked closely with the Mayor’s office and NYC&Co to build visitation to Broadway. She created the first sponsors for the Broadway industry and the Tony Awards in Visa and (then) Continental Airlines and marketing campaigns to support them. This included a national TV ad starring Bebe Neuwirth that promoted travel to New York and was sponsored by NYC&Co and Visa.

At RS the last 11 years, she has secured and managed marketing and communications programs in the US for brands such as Visa Inc, Virgin America, Tourism Queensland, Byron Bay Tourism, Accor Hotels and Tourism Northern Territory with a team of key experts in North America, In addition she has managed marketing and communications representation for Travel Portland, Travel Oregon and California Central Coast Tourism and the Broadway Collection with a team of experts in Australia and New Zealand.

She has built awareness and visitation for all of RS’s travel clients through unprecedented marketing opportunities with innovative PR programs, social media campaigns and alliances with luxury brands, performing arts groups and large retail outlets to reach key consumer traveler audiences.
