In 2012 Travel Oregon could see the inbound numbers from the Australian Market grow and wanted to ensure Australians and New Zealanders understood the diversity or travel experiences the state offered.

Built a robust public relations campaign hosting events, and media trips that have results in more than 15 feature editorial pieces about the destination.

What Happened

  • Boosted Australian visitation into the top 5 international markets for Oregon.
